We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have a customer of the above domain. I want to clove their site to a staging area so they can learn how to use Elementor without screwing their site up. My question is, if I install the pro version in her stagin site, will I have to use a license? the staging site will be in clear staging domain, the planned url will be staging.jcbeautylounge.com or jcbeautylounge.com/staging

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You are entitled to an unlimited number of subdomains with each licence purchase so you would be able to activate the same licence normally on the subdomain staging.jcbeautylounge.com and it wouldn't count as a used up domain from your Pro package.
We recently added a possibility for you to manage your domains in our store as well. So, please access the store and you will see the Manage domains button, so you can delete the old domain there and then you will be able to activate your purchase code on your new domain when you go to Amelia -> Settings -> Activation tab
