If you add a 5h buffer time for one service that means that the same service and the same employee cannot be booked unless it has been 5 hours from the previous booking. You can set a specific work schedule for this service only if you want to make it available only on certain hours then there would be no need to use buffer time at all.
All other services should be available for booking in the times you set no matter if there is a buffer time on another service - meaning the booking availability should overlap, the timeslot only becomes unavailable if that period is already booked.
I hope this helps, do let us know if you need any further assistanc.
Hi there!
Is there any option to allow bookings overlaping the buffer time if diferent service?
For example:
Working hours from 9 to 17h and time slots 30 min
Service A 2Hours ski lesson
Service B 2Hours ski lesson afternoon special price (with 5h buffer)
Service C 3Hours ski lesson
Service D 7 hours ski lesson
This way cliens could book the Service B only from 14 to 17h
and all other options would be available without restrictions.
I tried to fix this with special days but can't make it work properly
If there is any other option I will be happy to try.
Thanks
Alfonso
