We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi Guys,

I am currently using booked.io and im not happy with it, I have just came across Amelia and thought it might work better.

I have a website were my client works alone as a massage therapist. she is open from 9am-5pm. he appointments can range from 40mins - 90 mins and I need a system that would work like this.

If a customer books an appointment for a 90 full body massage at 9am, the next available appointment would be at 10.30. Then someone could buy an appointment for 40 mins which would make the next appointment at 11.10am

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

You can create services with different durations, so service1 lasts 40 minutes, service2 lasts 90 minutes, service3 lasts 1 hour, and so on. If there's only one employee, only one of those services can be booked at available times.

Another option would be if your customers want to extend the appointments.

You can create a service that lasts 40 minutes and you can add extras, for example, one extra is 25 minutes and two extras are 50 minutes which in total would be 90 minutes. The way of setting it up is quite easy when you buy a license just go in Amelia/services/edit services/extras and there you can add extras as you want.

If the first booking is at 09 am and has one extra it will last until 10.05 am and the next available appointment will be at 10.05 am.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
