I have 2 different locations and 2 different employees (one for each location). The problem is whenever a client books an appointment at one location with one employee it also blocks off that time in the calendar for the other employee/location. How can I separate them so both employees/locations can be booked at the same time?
What you're describing should not be possible, so we'd like to log into your website and take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Both of your employees are connected to the same Google calendar so when one employee gets a booking it blocks this time in the connected calendar which results in blocking that time for the second employee as well.
Please connect your employees to different calendars to prevent this.
