Hi! I am fairly new to Wordpress development and plugins. I plan on using Amelia on our website. I would like to ask if I could use Amelia as a way for letting the users book appointments based on their location tag. Let's say they have a "Queens" tag then the available time slots for them would be 9:00 AM to 12. Then another user with a "Brooklyn" tag may book for time slots and they would get the ones available between 12 to 3 PM. Would that be possible with Amelia/Amelia PRO or can I extend the plugin's functionality to do that? Thank you!
Currently, there is no such feature built-in in Amelia. Appointments cant be booked based on your client's tag. You can enable for your employees to configure their schedule – this option allows employees to set their working hours and specific schedule for each service and location. But it cant be done based on customers' tag.
You can create multiple locations and assign different employees to those locations, so when a customer selects a location in the booking form, they'll only be able to book employees assigned to that location.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
