We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there,

We are really interested in WP Amelia to develop a booking system for a customer of ours, a doctor.

Being a doctor, besides his own website (that we are developing), he also has to use a statal platform as a booking system. This system saves the appointments on his Google Calendar.

So our question is: does WP Amelia reads the appointments already present on G-Calendar, even though they come from another system, and block the availability in the hour slots based on those appointments?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Kind regards.

    Hello Davide,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

Amelia has integration with Google Calendar and with Google Synchronization, all employees in Amelia can sync their working schedule with their Google Calendar. Each appointment booked in Amelia will be added to their Google calendar with the customer added as a participant.

Also if Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking.

Please note though, that Amelia will not be able to display the events that are pulled from Google. So the integration will block the time slots, but you won't be able to see them in Amelia's back-end calendar.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
