If you try and click event location to search, it is only showing Pound Park and Sherington, how can I add the others to the list please?

Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible. Employee needs to have a location in Amelia > Employees > Edit employee.
