Hoping you can help. As I write a new template for the different event notifications I want people to receive. Once I push to save, it saves the template to all temples, overriding any previous work.
And also, we are having message bodies be removed, as if we never customized it. Can you help?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Please check if you have Grammarly on your browser, if you do please deactivate it while managing Notifications. Once you save them and navigate away you can activate it again.
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, we are getting a notification error when trying to save, even though we have already turned off Grammarly. Would you guys mind taking a look?
Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!
I can't see the screenshot you shared with us:
Can you please attach another screenshot, and send us the temporary wp-admin (Administrator) login credentials in a PRIVATE response, and we'll gladly check out what's going on?
Here's a demo of one issue, which is: Updating one notification overwrites any text in ALL notifications, so it seems we cannot have unique notification messages.
We are also getting an error and cannot save notifications from time to time. So at this point, they are not working for us at all...
Thanks, that fixed the disappearing notification/Grammarly issue. But it didn't solve the issue with saving the templates.
WP Amelia won't save my templates. Is it because there are hyperlinks in the text? I find that strange since it says it allows hyperlinks. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Here's a walkthrough video of what our main admin is experiencing: https://www.loom.com/share/d6246e5ac87f45f48215bbaffe3992d2 - Any help is greatly appreciated as we just rolled out WPAmelia and have been experiencing these bugs for over a month now. Thanks in advance!
I don't recall seeing this error, but it could be caused by the length of the notification, which is strange because it should accept around 65.500 characters.
I would have to inspect the page, and see what's behind this error.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just make sure to enable the PRIVATE response so nobody can see them except us.

Hey Travis
That's a conflict with the grammar browser extension.
Please check out the attached article and let me know if you have some further questions after reviewing it.

Hey Travis.
Unfortunately, I can't see your screenshots:
How many characters do your templates have? Amelia is limited to TEXT type which is 65,535 long.
If your templates exceed that, they may not be saved properly. Can you please send me a screen recording?
Kind Regards,
