We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello!

I am interested in buying Amelia. I would like to know a few things before I purchase it.

I have a website with several health professionals and I want each one of them to be able to get payments directly from their clients and manage their own schedules. Is it possible to set up several paypal (or other options) accounts that when the clients book and pay for the session, they receive the payment directly without the need for a financial central to handle the money? I wouldn't like to be in charge of managing their money, so they would do that themselves. I would create a product for each professional so I can embed it on their profile page, without the need for a dropdown menu that clients select the professional, it would be only the name of the professional.

Also, is it possible to set up the plugin that it only confirm and send a confirmation email to the client after the payment is confirmed by paypal?

And finally, is it possible for the client to directly reschedule an appointment if necessary and would it also change automatically on google calendar?

    Thanks for your time!

    Hi Marcus,

thank you for reaching out to us and for taking interest in Ameliasmile.png

Each provider can regulate their own schedule and appointments, however, payments can only be directed to one account only, I'm afraid.

Also, confirmations would be sent when the booking is made; Amelia would consider completing the PayPal popup process as a complete payment.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
