My customer wants to raise his prices on 1st December 2021.

Can I set new pricing to kick in at that date, so that when people book now for December they get the new price?

    Many Thanks

    Jon

    Hi Jon,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Thank you for your patience as we worked to get back to you, we apologize for the delay, due to a high volume of tickets our team has received, our response time has been delayed, but we're working to ensure everyone receives the help they're needing!

I'm afraid that prices cannot be scheduled, optionally you can set your current employee to work until that date, and then create a new employee who will work from that date on (via Special Days in the schedule), and set his price to a different one.

Or, create a new employee with the same name, who will work until December 1st (remove all Work Hours for this new employee, and only add Special Days until the end of November). Customize prices in "Assigned Services" tab of this new employee, and set your original employee to have Days Off until December 1st.

Then, you can configure the original employee's prices to be the new prices, so when Days Off expire, the employee will continue to work using the new prices, and the new employee can be deleted.
