We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, we are looking for the following appointment calendar, can your product support the requirements below?

    Each time slot is 5 minutes

    Up to six people (adults or children) can book per time slot.

    Two different prices can be selected per booking of the time slot Adult Price and Child Price.

    Need to be able to take payments and have confirmation of purchase etc.

    Need to be able to add as a shortcode (supports shortcodes) to a page built with the Elementer page builder

    Hi Stephen,

    thank you for reaching out to us and for taking interest in Ameliasmile.png

    I will be happy to advise:

     - This can be set up by changing the Time Slot Step in Amelia > Settings > General to 5 minutes, allowing you to set up this time for appointments.

    - Maximum Capacity of one slot can be increased to accept more people.

    - The prices are the same for everyone, you could optionally add an Extra that client would be able to choose if they are bringing a child with them as it will increase the total of the booking price.

    - Payments can be made immediately online during booking, and both you and customer receive an email of confirmation.

    - We have shortcodes that are Elementor compatible
