We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Привет!
Я так понимаю, у плагина бронирования есть своя система платежей и учета клиентов, в таком случае, нет необходимости в установке Woo Commerce?
Или я что-то упустил?
Спасибо!
Hi Artyom
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia doesn't have it's own payment system but we do have integrations with various payment systems like WooCommerce, PayPal, Mollie, Stripe so you would need to have an account on one of those to activate the integration in Amelia.
I hope this helps, do let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Thank you for your reply. If Amelia keeps sales records, can it send out invoices?
Hello Artyom
Amelia can't send out invoices. You would need to create custom invoices through the payment system that you used (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, or WooCommerce).
You can configure the MetaData and the Description in Amelia Settings/Payments, so relevant data is sent from Amelia to the payment system, and that would allow you to create an invoice. The information you can add to description and metaData are placeholders that you would use in your email templates.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
