We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Add a Package appointment from the Back-end

    Hello,

    I created a package and I would like to allocate it to a Customer on a Calendar. I do not use the Front-end yet for creating appointments, so I need to do this from the Back-end.

    In the Appointments section I can only add Service appointments and not Package appointments. How can I do this?

    Thank you for your patience as we worked to get back to you, we apologize for the delay, due to a high volume of tickets our team has received, our response time has been delayed, but we're working to ensure everyone receives the help they're needing!

    I'm afraid that packages can only be managed in the backend, only if they have been previously purchased in the frontend by the customer first.

    I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    Hello Alexandru

    We will add Package booking in one of our future updates but at the moment, as Ivana mentioned, you can only add appointments to already booked Packages, in Amelia/Services/Packages.

    I can't provide an ETA when packages will be available for booking from the back-end, but I hope it will be soon.
