We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Package select employee before booking

I have multiple employees using packages. When a customer purchases a package and then goes to book another appointment they are automatically assigned an employee without choosing one. It is essential for our model that a client can select the employee before making the booking. Can you please advise how this can be achieved?

I tried a work around involving creating a package for each employee, but they all appear regardless of which employee's booking widget is used.

I have read through a number of public tickets and see this has been flagged up before, but I cannot see a public resolution. Thanks for your help.

    Hello Laurence,

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.

If there are multiple employees assigned to the 2nd service in the package, there will be an employee-selection drop-down in the top, so even though the 1st employee is automatically selected, the customer can select another employee and book the second service with the other employee.

If I understood correctly, you'd like to disable the rollover of the employee from the 1st service, and make it mandatory for customers to select the employee manually for the 2nd service? If that's true, it can't be done, but we will forward it to our developers as a feature suggestion.

    Kind Regards,
