Are you referring to Custom Fields? Do you want to change the content of these fields or send them to another software?

MetaData and description are pulled from the appointment depending on how you configured them. If you want to change the content of these fields after the appointment has been booked, it may be possible to achieve this using one of the front-end hooks.

Unfortunately, we don't have hooks (action and filters) at the moment. What we have is a few JS hooks that are triggered depending on the view:

We still don't quite understand what you want to achieve, though, so could you please be more specific about what you want to change; when; and for which payment method?
