We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
My Wordpress website is malfunctioning. I can't figure out how to fix it and want to reset it. However, I would then loose all the events I created in Amelia. Is there a way around this?
Can I export my events? Or my services? How can I reset my set and not loose everything I've done in Amelia?
Is there any update on this?
Hello Mohsen,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation and make sure that the "Delete database tables" slider is disabled. After that, if you're on WP 5.8+, you can go to the Plugins section, disable Amelia, and then click on Add New, and upload the ameliabooking-pro.zip file.
WordPress will then inform you that you're replacing v4.3 with v4.3, so you need to agree with that, and that's it. You won't lose your data since "Delete database tables" is disabled, but when you activate the plugin, make sure to purge all cache from your website.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
I will be resetting my entire website. This will delete all the data on it.
I want to know if I can export my Amelia data, save it, and then restore it when I rebuild my site.
Basically, it would be very similar to taking my Amelia information from one site and transferring it (all my events and customers and employees...) Transferring all that data, but only that data, to a new site.
Is this possible?
Hello James,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
If you want to back-up Amelia, you can export all "wp_amelia" tables from the database, and then when you re-install the plugin on a new website, just import the database tables you previously exported, and that's it.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
