Hi, I would like to either a) provide all employees with the same email address or b) have the notifications about services booked by the customer additionally all sent to one [email protected].
Is this somehow possible?
Basically the employee function bothers me a lot. Any chance to disable this somehow? I don't need employees, I just need a booking system
Thank you!
Best
Lukas
Hello Lukas,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Amelia cannot work without employees, so you need to have at least one employee and assign that employee to all services. However, please note that once an employee is booked for one service (s)he cannot be booked for another at the same time.
One email address can't be assigned to multiple users, since they are saved in the database, and there can be no duplicate users in there.
You can however add an email address in Amelia Settings/Notifications, and all emails sent (to both employees and customers) will arrive at this email as well.
This option allows you to set multiple additional addresses that will receive all notifications that you have enabled on the Notifications page. If, for example, you want the admin and/or manager to receive all emails about appointments, just write their email addresses here and all email notifications that will be sent to employees and customers will be sent to these email addresses as well. Once you fill in the first address press enter and the first address will be saved so you can add then the second one press enter, etc.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
