We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

In the settings>notifications is it possible to add an additional email address to receive notifications, I would like to be able to do this but only for certain appointments/services. is this possible?

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
All emails that are sent to the customer and that are sent to the employee will be sent to that additional address. Currently, you cannot choose which emails will go to the additional address, so you would need to cancel all default notifications and make custom notifications that will be sent only for certain services.

OK but can I add additional recipients if I setup custom notifications.
For appointments I want to send an additional copy to the employee's team shared mailbox, which is different for different services/teams. And the same for events but to a different shared mailbox.

If I understand you correctly you want a certain service to go to additional address 1, another service to additional address 2, etc. If this is the case I'm afraid that currently, there is no such feature built-in in Amelia. For now, it can not be done.
