Hi! Our frontend employee panel doesn't allow employees to change availibilities or any other specifics in their profile anymore. It did before but doesn't as of yesterday. Did an update, maybe that's the reason?

    Thanks

  • Sabrina C Michaud replied

Oh and yes all the employee settings are ok in the backend, I checked!

    Roles Settings

    Configure their services (toggle on)

    Configure their schedule (toggle on)

Configure their days off (toggle on)

Configure their special days (toggle on)

    Manage their appointments (toggle on)

    Manage their events (toggle on)

    Enable Employee Panel (toggle on)

    Hi Sabrina!

    Thank you for contactingsmile.png

Most likely; please go to edit that page and check if the shortcode looks like this:

    [ameliaemployeepanel appointments=1 events=1 profile-hidden=1]

If it does either remove the profile-hidden=1 bit or check the slider on the widget editor:

    Hope this helps!

Oh my! It was indeed on "off" in the widget but the shortcode said profile-hidden=1. How did that happen?! It wasn't like that before the update!

    Anyways, it worked, so thanks!

It was automatic with the update in some cases, I'm afraid; I do apologize for the inconvenience, Sabrina.

If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

    Thank you for your time!smile.png
