When the user books an event, the product does not appear in the Woocommerce cart to complete the order and go to the purchase phase. You will find a screenshot attached.
However, I have configured well but I do not understand why it does not work.
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
We tried it on your site and everything works as it should, we are sending you pictures where you can check that everything works fine. We advise you to try everything again or restart your computer and clear the cache memory.
Indeed, I noticed that it was not working because I had configured another product page for the events, in order to distinguish the booking product and the event product in the checkout. But it does not work with Amelia, we can only have one Woocommerce product for Amelia (event and reservation), which is a great pity ...
For example : - Booking : "RENDEZ VOUS" product in Woocommerce - Event : "FORMATION" product in Woocommerce
This set up does'n work with Amelia and that's why I had to let only one product for both
When you activate WooCommerce as a payment method in Amelia, it creates the "Appointment" product in WooCommerce. However, you're not required to use it. In Amelia/Services - when you open a service, and go to the Settings tab, under "Payments" you can select any existing WooCommerce Product.
Thing to note is that "Appointment" product created by Amelia doesn't have a price, and is set to $0.00. This is because the price is inherited from Amelia's Service. The same applies to your existing Products, so you need to configure the same price in Amelia.
To apply another product for Events, you need to edit the event, and again - go to Settings/Payments, and select the product that you already have created in WooCommerce.
Hello,

Can you help me ?

Hi Marko,
You're right !
Indeed, I noticed that it was not working because I had configured another product page for the events, in order to distinguish the booking product and the event product in the checkout. For example :
- Booking : "RENDEZ VOUS" product in Woocommerce

Is there any solution to fix this issue ?
Thanks
