If you buy a "lifetime license", we can't upgrade the license, you have to buy another one. But if you buy within 90 days, we can easily refund Basic Lifetime. If you buy outside of 90 days, when you buy Pro or Developer Lifetime, we would refund you the Basic Lifetime amount for that purchase and revoke the purchase code for Basic Lifetime.
The price that you would pay for the upgrade would be a pro-rated charge, meaning you won't be paying for the price difference between licenses, since we cannot refund the time spent on the license you currently have.
For example: You bought a Basic Yearly license, that costs $59 (roughly $0.16 per day).
After 100 days, you want to upgrade to Pro, which costs $109 (roughly $0.3 per day). Time remaining on Basic (what going to reduce the upgrade price): $42.4 (265 * 0.16)
Time spent on Basic: $16 (100 * 0.16)
Time remaining on Pro: $79.5 (265 * 0.3)
So, the price is not Pro - Basic (109-59=50), but instead a pro-rated charge, and you are going to be charged around $79.5 - $42.4 = $37.1.
If I purchase the Basic Plan (lifetime) but what to upgrade to pro later...will that have to be an additional purchase?
Or will I be able to pay the difference? I'm not sure if my business will need the packages provided in the pro plan.
