We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

is it possible that a customer by connecting to his account can have a link to a page which would summarize the past event.

    Thank you

    Stéphane

    Hi Stéphane,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Sure, you can set up a frontend Customer Panel, where clients will be able to login when they receive an email link, and see their past appointments and events.

Hope this is what you're looking for.

    Hello Ivana,

    I misspoke.
I would like in fact to create, once each event has passed, a page to tell an "event A", with text and images. This page would only be visible to participants who have registered for this "event A".
Is it possible with Amelia to ensure that people who have booked "event A" have a link to this "event A" page directly by connecting to their customer panel?
Thank you and have a nice day

    Stephane

    Hi Stéphane,

I see; I'm afraid that Amelia currently does not have a way of displaying it in such way per attendee; customers can see this event and details but in their own separate Customer Panels (or when logging into backend); seeing their full history of all events they attended.

Please check if someone already made a suggestion for this kind of feature on our Feature Request page, and vote for it (if there is none you can also add it yourself if you have a minute, and we will make sure to direct all other interested clients to the page to vote).

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
