I have set up a new employee and integrated his calendar, set up work hours and services. I have also made sure the customied front end form shows employee field as "mandatory". yet the employee filed is not showing up for bookings. Kindly help;
Hi Sarmishta,
thank you for reaching out to us
Please go to Amelia > Customize and check if employee field has been hidden there.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi sarmishta
Can you please leave the login credentials here so we can access it, the link expired so we were not able to login.
How many employees do you have? If there is only one employee there will be nothing to select since all bookings will be assigned to the same employee.
