I have purchased Amelia and installed the plugin on to my local by flywheel site.
I have just made a start on the Quick Guide - "Start Working with Amelia Wordpress Appointment Booking Plugin", and have tried to create an Employee, but it hangs, with "Please Wait" and it has been sat there for over 5 minutes.
Could you please help. I tried this in both Chrome and Firefox and get the same problem.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It's ok thank you, I managed to resolve this issue by loading the plug in on our production site. I am unsure why we are having these issues on our local (on premise site), but it is now working, so you can close this ticket.
