I took an offer from amelia for a site, the renewal of this offer is automatic and I do not want to renew next year, and I cannot find any option on my account to deactivate the automatic renewal of Amelia, what should I do?

You can cancel your subscription through our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/.
In case you do, you will still be able to use Amelia; however, it will not be able to update, nor would we be able to provide support further.

Yes you canceled it but I just took it, I no longer support and update even though my renewal was in a year?
Will I still have the updates during this year?
My goal was to simply cancel the renewal next year not turn off updates

Your license is still valid until 1 year from the date of purchase passes. Until then, you'll be able to update the plugin through WordPress and to open support tickets on this platform using your purchase code.
