I had a lot of issues setting up notifications for Amelia to even send notifications and now that it's working the notifications themselves are a mess. If I write a notification in the text mode, the person doesn't receive it but if I write it in the HTML then the person receives the notification (tried it all with a test email). The problem is if I do it in the HTML format then it's the same for all notifications and if I change another one all of them change.
Please help!
P.S. SMTP mail wasn't working no matter how many times I tried and definitely had the right details, I have set up the SMTP through WP mail.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Thank you for the credentials; I have forwarded the full inquiry to our level 2 department, especially since the cron seems to be having issues as well. They work from tomorrow on so they will contact you back as soon as possible.
We can confirm there's a bug in Amelia in regard to the HTML editing mode in Notification templates. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our developers are looking into it, and hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.
As for the cron - I don't know what's happening with that. Can you please reach out to their support team and see if they can help you with that plugin? If not, you can try using some other Cron-making plugin, or reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to set up the cron job on your server.
At the moment, the only workaround for this would be to edit one template in HTML and once you're done editing it, switch back to the Text Editor. Save it, and move to another template, then repeat the same process.
So, only once you switch to another template, and either save or switch to Text Editor will the previous template be applied.
