Since the update, the calendar is no longer displayed in the frontend and some functions are not displayed in the backend either. e.g. I only find an empty page under adjustments and the new function for FAcebook Pixel is not displayed to me or the page remains empty.
I had to do the update via FTP because it didn't work out of the backend. Maybe it has something to do with that. however, i downloaded the plugin from my customer area.
Thank you so much for the access and for reaching out to us; I reuploaded the whole plugin 4.3 ver just in case, however, it did not resolve the issue; but there is an error indicating a potential conflict.
Do you use SG Optimizer plugin by any chance? If so, it could cause a conflict between Amelia and SG Optimizer. Please exclude the pages with Amelia forms from SG Optimizer settings.
If it doesn't help, please deactivate all other plugins you use and check if it helps. If it is, start activating the plugins one by one until you find the one that affects Amelia's layout (because we're not allowed to interact and disable other plugins; we can only handle Amelia).
no, I have not installed the SG Optimizer plugin. I have WP Rocket as an optimization plugin, but if I deactivate it, the calendar is not shown in the front-end either.
What I can see, however, is that there is an error in the front end on the pages where the calendar should be displayed, which has to do with the Facebook Pixel from the Amelia plugin.
Apparently that's where the problem hangs.
Maybe this will help you to check what it could be.
Thank you for your patience as we worked to get back to you, we apologize for the delay, due to a high volume of tickets our team has received, our response time has been delayed, but we're working to ensure everyone receives the help they're needing!
The issue was with cache; once the plugin was deactivated and cache cleared, the issue was resolved:

Hi there,
Again for info, I have just deactivated all plugins and only activated amelia and Woocommerce and unfortunately the calendar is still not displayed.
So it seems to be related to the Facebook problem I guess.
