Under login and password input both in staff that customer reserved panels, how I can activate label for password forgot?

Forgot Password option has been added for logging into Employee Panel, in our latest update 4.3. Is this the current version of Amelia you have?
If not please update it.
If you do have 4.3 and the option does not show, please let me know.
