Amelia is working fine when I use a PC as frontend.
Using a mobile phone the shortcut is loading forever. What is wrong?
On my mobile phone the Chrome Browser is installed.
Using an other browser (e.g. Samsung) on the mobile phone Amelia works fine, with Chrome it shows endless loading. So the question is : what is wrong with Chrome together with Amelia?

Which Amelia are you using, is it Lite? Also, please check if your Amelia is on version 4.3 if it's not the Lite but a full version.

The Problem is only on Google Chrome on mobile phone

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
