We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    I have enabled Woocommerce for customers to pay for events.  The order is completed but no invoice is sent.  I set the order status parameter and clicked update and the for the next transaction, no invoice was sent as well.

    Additionally, after payment the following error message comes up on the website:

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

    The Customer only receives confirmation of the booked event and the transaction is processed.  No customer invoice and the above error is seen.


    Please can you help?

    I need to go live with this event in a few hours.

    Amelia does not have an invoicing option so this goes directly from WooCommerce; all that can be setup regarding this from Amelia's side is filling out the Metadata & Description in Amelia > Settings > Payments > WooCommerce:

    Can you please let me know if you have updated Amelia to 4.3 version?
