    I have two issues:

    This is the first one.

    The second one is:
    I would like Employee Work Hours to be set in 12 Hour Time Format rather than 24 Hour Time Format. Is that possible? I believe I have it set that way in WordPress.

    Hello Yvonne,

    Amelia currently doesn't have that particular option for employee time format. For the time being it's not possible the configure it in that way.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Yvone,

    thank you for reaching out to ussmile.pngYour licence is valid until October 30, 2022;

    Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and you will see a Manage Domains button. Please check if that purchase code is registered on that site you're using or a staging one. If it's a staging one, you can deactivate it there, and then enter it into Amelia > Settings > Activation.

    Yes, Amelia follows the WordPress format, so if you go to WordPress > Settings > General, and change the time format there, it will also change in Amelia.

    Hope this helps.
