The gender and phone number are never saved, even when I edit the customer profile in the backend. Furthermore, when I export the customer database, the date of birth (when the user does not set it by himself or is empty) is automatically set for the day of the export.
I would not like to delete the plugin and reinstall because I cannot see how to back up all my settings. If I can do it, I would take the chance and reinstall.
This issue was not yet reported so I wouldn't be able to advise without taking a look at the site. If you don't mind could you install Amelia again; version 4.3, and let me know?
If you do install it, or have it installed, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for your attention. I found that may be something related with webhooks installed by another plugin that manage some database sharing. The provider of this pug in could certify that without the webhooks everything is working fine, his plug in, by the way, was also not working correctly, at first we could no see relationships, but after some tests we found that without his webhooks amelia works fine. If something change I will keep this post updated, if I do not come back is because is solved.
The developer of the third-party app trow the ball to your field, told me that the problem is related to webhooks, everything works fine up to the moment we set the webhooks, from this moment on the saving procedures do not work anymore for the client and also the third-party app do not work because it cannot see any changes in the client database, so it does not do his job.
