I’ve been having multiple issues with the booking system. The scheduling is being booked incorrectly and we have the proper time zone and it’s showing up in my calendar incorrectly and it’s also not loading appointments availability when a client is trying to book

Please check if you have this option activated in Amelia > Settings > General Settings:
If it is, the client from another time zone will see it differently and the times will be displayed differently if site is accessed from a device set in a time zone which is different from your WordPress time zone. Does your WordPress time zone matches your device's?
Have you adjusted all of the employee schedules? Where are the gaps exactly, which times are unavailable and should be available? Please let me know.
