Most of our clients who use Basic licence did not require this kind of feature; so it was implemented into a different tier licence, which comes with other perks (more domains).

I'm afraid that we don't have a way of implementing Packages separately into Basic licence, as it was specifically integrated into the Pro one, and cannot be made as an add on.

We were unable to complete the resubscription because we could not charge you for the resubscription.

You would be billed ₹3,270.53 today. Please note that the price of the upgrade is not Pro - Basic, but a pro-rated charge. Meaning the time left on Amelia Basic would be deducted from the remaining time you have on Amelia Pro, but the time spent using Amelia Basic cannot be refunded.

Please check your MasterCard if it has enough funds, and if it does, reach out to your bank and see if they maybe blocked the transaction seeing it as a fraudulent charge.

The original purchase was made with a one-time discount coupon (WPBEGINNER1673), which brought the price down to ₹3,548.15, but since this was a one-time (non-recurring) coupon, it will no longer be taken into account and you'll pay the full (old) price for the plugin.

We can see that the refund has already been placed on June 6th by our reseller (Paddle). I suppose you reached out to them also?

Please note that your subscription has been canceled in the process and your license won't renew in September because of this. Was this intentional or did Paddle automatically cancel your subscription when they refunded the upgrade cost?

We can't reactivate a canceled subscription. You will need to purchase another license when this one expires. Please note that the refund of ₹1,421.59 (which was the charge for upgrading the Basic license to Pro) has been initiated and you should receive it within 5 business days.

As for the Basic license, since this was purchased on September 18th, 2021, that license will remain active until then. You're still entitled to all upcoming updates and support but after September 18th, 2022, you will need to purchase another license in order to keep receiving the updates and support.

Your data is intact. Everything you have in Amelia will stay in place. When you acquire the new license in Septmeber, you'll only need to deactivate the current purchase code, and enter the new one that you receive. No need to reinstall the plugin.
