I would love to know if the paid version of Amelia allows for multiple different SMS accounts to be used per employee profile on 1 wordpress website. I would love to be able to utilize this option.
If this is not possible, I'd really like to know if the SMS message number is randomized when sending texts - I would prefer each employee profile (or location) to have separate SMS numbers to avoid confusion to the recipients
Unfortunately, SMS accounts are tied up to Amelia, not to employees. If you set up multiple accounts you will have to go and log in to the first account then log out from that one so that you will be able to log in to the second account, but when you are logged in to the second you do not get notifications to the first account.
So it's not really functional you will need to have one account tied up to Amelia so that can work properly.
