I am writing on behalf of Fanack.com, we are a website which displays content also in Arabic. Before purchasing this plugin we need to know whether it supports RTL languages.
At the moment, the plugin is not fully compatible for RTL. You can use some custom CSS to make it work, but native RTL support is still being developed.
