Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I've created 4 Services in 3 Categories, all tied to a single "Employee" (me).
The Services dropdown doesn't show up in the form.
Hello? Anybody there? I need this thing working. If you're unable to assist me I'd appreciate a refund.
Go ahead and close this ticket for now. I discovered that un-assigning all the Services from Employees, then re-assigning them one-by-one caused the new stuff to show up.
Bizarre little workaround that shouldn't be necessary.
Hi Darryl
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Apologies for the late reply, I am glad to hear everything is working now.
If you come across this issue again here are some points you can check
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
