We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I'm having a problem with the database filter. I created a form with Forminator and linked it to the table, and so far everything works correctly and you enter the data in the table through the form. The problem is that if I go to activate the data filtering, and in the form I used a drop-down menu with multiple selection instead of a single one, inside the selection filter instead of appearing to me for example each category all separate, they appear to me of each combination possible because the categories are multiple selection.

    I give an example.

In the form there are 3 categories of freelencers:
    - Cyber Security
    - Telecomunication
    - Web Development

The point is that a freelencer in addition to knowing how to do Cyber Security, also knows how to do Web Development and therefore after filling out the form with multiple categories then select "Cyber Security and Web Development" and send the data to the table, when I go to filter in the table through the drop-down menu I appear:

    - Cyber Security
    - Web Development
    -Cyber Security, Web Development

When, on the other hand, I want the filter to have only the between categories I have chosen, not also the combinations because some freelencers have selected more than one

    Hi Emanuele

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can add individual entries as defined values from the column's settings - Data - Possible values for column. Please make sure exact filtering is turned off.
