So I've changed the color scheme on my customization screen and saved...I've even installed three different cache manager plugins to my site to clear the cache and the changes I'm making are not propagating to the website. Also, one of my services "Santa's In-Home Experience" doesn't work on mobile and I can't see any reason why...lastly I added a test service this morning and it would NOT propagate to the website either. Why?
We strongly suggest excluding pages with Amelia forms from caching to avoid such conflicts. Please reset the booking form from the Customize tab, clear your cache and make the changes again.
Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
As for the missing service can you please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
