Did you assign the coupon to proper services? If you have, check if the coupon maybe reached its limit. We have no issues with coupons, so please inspect these two points.
2. Please go to Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, and verify that "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" is enabled.
