In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have in mind the development of a site for a rental company, or car rental (car rental) "rent a car" style HERTZ https://www.hertz.com.ar/ or AVIS https: //www.avis. com.ar/index_cotizador.asp
They analyzed if Amelia would work for a site with those characteristics. From what I see for its integration with WooCommerce I could use the MERCADO PAGO payment platform, that's right, I can use MERCADO PAGO with "Amelia"
Well those are my basic doubts

Thank you for your interest in Amelia, but unfortunately, the plugin cannot be used for multi-day bookings. It's currently limited to appointments and services with fixed durations that cannot go over into the next day.
For example, your employee's working hours can be from 00:00 - 24:00 on all days, but if there's a service that lasts 3 hours, and someone would like to book that service at 23:00, the time slot will not be available, since Amelia can't go into the next day. This will be added at some point in the future, but unfortunately, at this time - what you're looking for to achieve is not possible.
