Hi,
I've been testing Packages with Amelia.
I have configured Package Appointment Details placeholder to include some information. For example Google Meet Link. Here is the screenshot
But when I receive a Notification (both as a customer and as an employer), the placeholder duplicates everything (not only the Google Meet). Here is a screenshot from my email:
Is this a common issue? How can I resolve this?

thank you for reaching out to us
We have not had this issue reported; please check if any of the templates for the package already have any Google Meet placeholders.
If not, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
