Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I have now tried for several hours and read the documents, but cannot figure out how to create timeslots that people could select and book.
The bookable asset is a skateboard hall, that is available:
from Monday to Friday 10 - 12 for 75€/h
from Monday to Friday 12 - 16 for 100€/h
on Mondays 16-18 for 100€/h
on Tuesdays 16-20 for 100€/h
Is this possible to achieve with Amelia?
Hello Riku,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Changing the price per period is not yet possible, but we will add that in the future. I can't provide you with an ETA yet, but we hope it will be available in the next few months. Until then, you would need to create 4 different employees if you're using only one service since you can change the price per employee. Or you can create 2 employees and 2 services.
Approach 1:Employee 1 would work on Service 1 Mondays - Fridays from 10:00 - 12:00, and the price would be custom-set in Amelia/Employees/Employee's Profile/Assigned Services. Employee 2 would work on Service 1 Monday - Friday from 12:00 - 16:00 and would inherit the 100€ price from the service. Employee 3 would work on Service 1 on Mondays 16-18 and would inherit the price from the service. Employee 4 would work on Service 1 on Tuesday 16-20 and would inherit the price from the service.
Approach 2:
Employee 1 would work on Service 1 Mondays - Fridays from 10:00 - 12:00, and the price would be custom-set in Amelia/Employees/Employee's Profile/Assigned Services. Employee 2 would work on Service 2 Mondays - Fridays from 12 - 16 and would inherit the price from the service. Employee 2 would work on Service 2 from 16 - 18 on Mondays and would inherit the price from the service. Employee 2 would work on Service 2 from 16 - 20 on Tuesdays and would inherit the price from the service.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Can I have hourly rate or is it always a fixed price?
Hello Riku,
The price is set per appointment, not hourly it is up to you to decide how long your appointments will be. Will your appointments last an hour or 15 minutes it is entirely up to you but it's charged per appointment.
In the previous answer that we have sent, you can see how to set up services and have different prices.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

So...
I don't think you understand my question. My customer is renting out a space, not a service... The end customer would be booking this space for 1hour, 2hours or more. There are different prices on different days of the week and times of day.
I don't think your plugin is at all suitable for handling this kind of booking. Please advice how I can get a refund?
Hello Riku,
Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with a width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
