It all depends on how you set it up. If you configure your services so their Max capacity is above 1, you can enable the "Show "Bringing anyone with you" option" and in that way, they can book multiple seats during one booking.
There are two possibilities with this approach:
If you disable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia Settings/Appointment settings, as soon as someone books an appointment above minimum capacity (for example, the minimum is 1, maximum is 10, and they book for themselves and 3 more people) the appointment will close even though there are 6 more spots left.
If you enable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia Settings/Appointment settings, multiple people will be able to book the same time slot until the Maximum capacity of the service is filled.
In Appointment Settings, you can also enable "Allow booking above maximum capacity", in which case people will be able to book appointments above the maximum capacity of a service, and they'll be saved as Pending appointments, so you can choose who you'll approve for the appointment.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Hi! Before purchasing I'd like to know if with Amelia a user can book only one seat per session or if they can book for multiple people. Thank you!
