I wasn't able to replicate it on our development site, so I'm not sure what's going on with your website.
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We are still not able to reproduce the issue with the test email or the actual booking. Do you have any security plugins or extensions in your browser that could be blocking the image from displaying? Can you please cry clearing your website and browser cache and see if the issue is still there? Also please remember to update Amelia to v4.3
Since we can't reproduce the issue it must be something device related so can you please check if you have anything that might be blocking images? Are you able to replicate the issue on another Mac device? Is there is anything specific we need to have in mind to reproduce the issue on our end?
Hi,
When adding an image in the notification emails it's not working correctly.
It shows on mobile but not desktop, how can this be resolved please?
Thank you
Hi Stef
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please send us a screenshot of what the desktop version looks like VS the mobile version?
This usually happens if you have a language checking tool, like "Gramarly" or "LanguageTool" installed on your browser.
When you get to the Notifications page in Amelia, turn off the grammar checking tool, and then you should be able to see the notifications normally.
