Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Working with Events, I need a list view as we are offering workshops, but the accordion is generating bad feedback and confusion in our user testings - specially in regards of scrolling and close-open sates. I'm concerned that this issue will affect my conversion rates of traffic we are planning to redirect to this page.
Expected behaviour
Can we display the events list, but load the details on a lightbox format or a new page instead of accordeon?
I've been tweaking and hacking the CSS to align it with our brand, even changing the display and positioning of the details, but I wonder if is there a less "hacky" way... now I'll have to deal with the JS to have some navigation.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Kind regards,
Nico
Hi, Nico,
Sorry for the delayed response.
I have to consult with my senior colleague regarding your questions.
We will get back to you at the earliest possible time.
Best Regards.
Nico,
Our developers confirmed that the event details open in a popup only if you use the Events Calendar, not the Events list.
We added it as a feature request, so hopefully, this option will be included in one of the coming updates.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
