We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    is it possible to install Amelia plug in on a site created with muffin builder?

    Hi Paola,

    thank you for taking interest in Amelia and for reaching out to ussmile.png

    We don't have a direct integration with Muffin Builder at the moment; and our clients have not reported using it. However, we have also not received any reports about any conflict with this particular builder.

    As it was not tested with Amelia, we are unable to guarantee 100% compatibility, I'm afraid.

    I have another question. On your site demo you have used a Bridge template: can I use a BeTheme template with Amelia? Is it the same?

    On BeTheme I use muffin builder but I can use Wp bakery too.

    Hi Paola!

    The Bridge theme is one of many that Amelia is compatible with; it's not obligatory to use that one in particular. Our clients use hundreds of different themes.

    Since there are numerous themes on WordPress and Amelia is compatible with most of them, we don't have a concise list of all themes that can be used; however, I checked and we haven't had any reports about BeTheme being incompatible, so feel free to try it.

    You can also download Amelia Lite for a start for your website, before purchasing.
