    Dear team,

Recently we are users of wpdatatables and WP Report Builder.

We are trying to build a report with several information about the taken lesson in a Driving School by the students.

We have not found problems showing in the report the information about the different  lessons showed in different lines using ".all"" in the required fields but we are not able to show in the report the information of the refered student such name, surname, adress, city, kind of license...

We have all information in the filtered table but the system is not working well with such information.

I have checked your invoice report example and I have seen that you are not using well the information about customer, Zip, city...

    Are there any solution?

Attached at this ticket, I´m sending you the template of our Docx.

The field  ${first.name} is not working and the field with .all are working fine.

It´s necessary for our project to use this kind of reports.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Carlos

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please tell us what is the origin header of the column you have issues getting the information from?

Please have a look at our documentation and check if you have followed the rules to create a working template

    https://wpreportbuilder.com/documentation/create-template-for-wordpress-report-builder/

If you can please provide us with a dump of the table so we can try and recreate the issue on our end.

    Hi Blaženk,

    Thank you for your answer.

Attached at this mail, you can find a csv file with datatable.

I´m needing to use at least "First_name" and "last_name" in the header of the previous attached template.

I need to use that information just in one template field.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi Carlos

In the table, the origin header of the column is this

    3252828548.png

and in the template you added this so it cannot be recognized by the plugin

    7364677373.png

Can you please make sure the correct origin header is added in the template and let me know if you still have the same issues.

    Thank you again.

I´m not able to see the header of the column as firstname.

Attached at this post, I´m sending you an Screenshot.

In addition, I´m founding the same problem with the rest of the fields.

    Best regards

Hey Carlos, sorry for the late response.

    This is your orig header:

While this is the header in which you used the variable for the template:

You need to edit the variable from ${first.name} to ${first_name.name} if you want the header to be included in the template.

If you want to populate the column, you'll need to use ${first_name.all}.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Kind Regards,
