We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

How to submit translations to be used by the Amelia plugin?

    Hi

    How would we submit a language translation to the Amelia plugin?

    For instance I am Norwegian and I would like to submit the MO/PO files for translating Amelia into Norwegian.

    I logged into my WordPress.org account and went here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/ameliabooking/dev/ and I am now translating the missing strings into Norwegian that the PoEDIT file was not able to translate.

    I made a folder and zipped it up and added it to my DropBox.
    One PO and MO used for the web site.
    One PO and MO bigger files I exported from the translate.wordpress.org website.
    I will let whomever goes through the files figure it out (as I did not totally grasp what I was doing).
    He/She can always reach out to me if needed if there is anything that still needs clarifications. Thank you!

    It would be nice if someone can let me know when the files has been downloaded so that I can remove the files from dropbox.
