We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Good morning
    Content of custom fields is not saved.
    For some services I have added several custom fields such as date of birth and gender.
    When the user makes a reservation and completes these fields correctly, their content is not permanently saved.
    It therefore happens that if the user makes a new reservation while being logged in to his personal area, all the fields Name, Surname, Email and Phone are already filled in while the custom fields are empty.
    Is it possible to have Amelia permanently memorize the contents of the custom fields in order to avoid the user having to fill them in every time?

    Good day!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Information collected through Custom fields is being saved as notes under Appointments entries. It's not being added to a Customer's profile at the moment, unfortunately. That's why it's not getting pre-populated for the next bookings, and the Customer has to fill these fields again.

    You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
